The Mill Road Depot site is a site off Mill Road next to the bridge, proposed for a new housing estate (see overview of the proposals). The proposed development is a joint project between Cambridge City Council and housebuilder Hill.

Developers have confirmed that some 210 new car parking spaces are proposed for their Mill Road Depot development. This represents a 87% car ownership level.

Cambridge Cycling Campaign welcomes the opening of the UK's biggest cycle park at Cambridge station this week.

Cambridge Cycling Campaign has objected and provided evidence (read our letter) that the proposed Severn Place development, near the Newmarket Road roundabout, will be disconnected from the surrounding area and that the developer is failing to mitigate this.
