Our response to DfT consultation on reporting road accidents to the police

We've responded to the Department for Transport consultation on reporting road accidents to the police.

Out first comment was to point out that "we do not use the term ‘accidents’, preferring the more widely used terms ‘collisions’ or‘crashes’. With virtually every crash, at least some blame will be attached to at least one person.
