Three inspiring speakers announced for 2019 Camcycle AGM
Camcycle is pleased to announce that three inspiring campaigners will be addressing our annual AGM in January as part of the event’s panel discussion.
We can’t wait to hear them share their expertise in communications, influencing and campaigning, and gain insights that will help us win hearts and minds in our work. All three women have extensive experience and work and volunteer in many roles, so we’re dedicating a blog post to each.
- Faye Holland, expert communicator and influencer
- Sally Hinchcliffe, serial cycling campaigner
- Lily Macfadyen Tomson, champion for student campaigners
We’re excited about the new format of our AGM, which will be held from 10.30am to 2pm on Saturday, 19 January 2019 at Clay Farm Community Centre in Trumpington, just off the Busway cycleway. All members, supporters and stakeholders are welcome to attend the event which will include morning tea, a Camcycle update, the official AGM, a panel discussion with our guest speakers and an interactive campaigning session over lunch. We’ll also be launching some new cycling awards!
You can find out more about the event on our AGM event webpage, along with more information about joining our board of trustees and a poster to promote the AGM. All members, supporters and stakeholders are welcome; please register your attendance now to help us plan the day.
