Working together with Milton Cycling Campaign

What do you need to know if you are thinking of setting up an new active travel group? How should you best work with others to achieve your goals? Gabriel Bienzobas and Edward Taylor, who set up Milton Cycling Campaign in summer 2020, talk about the group’s experiences and achievements and how they have worked together with Camcycle, the local community, other groups such as Waterbeach Cycling Campaign, and South Cambridgeshire District Council to enable more people to cycle in and around Milton village.

The meeting also includes a round-up of the latest cycling news and campaigns from Camcycle’s Executive Director, Roxanne De Beaux.

It was originally held on our Facebook channel and is also available to view on YouTube.

The next Camcycle meeting will be held online on Tuesday 5 April. Our guest speaker is David Stoughton from Living Streets Cambridge. Living Streets is a national charity focusing on the rights of pedestrians and improving the quality and safety of walking infrastructure. David will talk about the local group’s recent work and campaigns. Watch live on our Facebook channel from 7pm.
