Cycling at the Science Park
We're looking to improve cycling conditions on Cambridge Science Park. There is new management of the Park and they're holding a "Your Park Day" this coming Tuesday, 27th, from 11-6 at the Trinity Centre for all employees, looking to listen to what people working there would like to see improved or changed in general (not just transport).
To focus our campaigning issues, we've created a special Science Park page at www.camcycle.org.uk/sciencepark
Here you'll find links to our Cyclestreets photomap of issues and to the discussions on Cyclescape. If you work at Cambridge Science Park, go there regularly for business or for any other reason please get involved and help us to get a Science Park that is better for people who cycle and/or walk there.
From 'City Deal' to 'Partnership' for Greater Cambridge
This week the Greater Cambridge City Deal announced a new name and a new approach. From next month the City Deal will be known as the Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) with a revised strapline of ‘Growing and Sharing Prosperity’ and a focus on collaboration and partnership. We hope to see this improve the consultation approach and the outcomes of the City Deal and we will continue to work on making sure cycling remains a key beneficiary from this opportunity.

A call to action for the Chisholm Trail
Can you spare a few minutes to write an email showing your support for the Chisholm Trail? We've put all the information you need on our blog.
We're asking people to show their support for the widening and realignment of the path on Coldham’s Common as a vital improvement needed for the Chisholm Trail. The consultation closes on 23 June.
