City and County Council committees
Campaign members may be interested in attending Planning Committee and Area Committee meetings, which often include cycling and walking issues. Joint Development Control Committee meetings, which determine the Planning Applications relating to the major housing development proposals for the Cambridge sub-region, are also open to the public.
Cambridge Cycling Campaign studies and comments upon agendas and papers for Cambridge Traffic Management Area Joint Committee meetings, and these meetings are also open to the public.

Note there are no Saturday morning rides in winter.
