Weekly update – 15th April

This week's campaigning update.

Campaign Social

Our Campaign social is on Monday the 18th of April. Join us at CB2 on Norfolk street from 7pm.

Election surveys

Answers to our election survey will go live on Monday. You can see who has responded here and get your local candidates to respond if they haven't already.

Stories from the School Run

Do you cycle with your kids to school? Blogger 'Rantyhighwayman' is running a pop-up campaign from the 18th to the 22nd of April to have a look at the school run from the point of view of those walking and cycling. Find out more and submit your experiences, good and bad, at Stories from the School Run.

Reach Ride "Recce"

Volunteers and ride guides for the Reach Ride are invited to join us for the Reach Ride Recce. Please meet us at 10am on Saturday the 30th of April in front of the Guildhall.

We will be riding the route to check the way and clear any sharps and overhanging vegetation as well as having lunch and a drink in the pub in Reach. We plan to arrive back in Cambridge at 3pm.

Please RSVP to our Doodle Poll if you can attend and send an email to contact@camcycle.org.uk or comment on Cyclescape to introduce yourself.

Shelving unit needed

We're reorganising the storage of our stall bike and materials and require a bookcase/shelving unit. If you have one that you can donate, please get in touch.
