Selfish approach by Bell School developers will mean cycle/pedestrian conflict

Developers of the 364-dwelling project behind the Bell School are failing to meet the needs of cyclists by proposing a substandard cycle route into the development. In a city where the majority of people cycle, a narrow single shared-use cycle and foot path on only one side of the access road is proposed that does not even meet minimum requirements. The Bell School has land available to provide an excellent high quality access route with fully segregated road, cycle, and foot ways.
