Location: As most people will know, this is the area to the north of King's Hedges Road.

Number of Dwellings: Billboard advertises 700 prestige homes. Websites mention 900 houses. The South Cambridgeshire website gives a figure of 900 of which 270 will be 'affordable'. Commercial buildings, a revised hotel plan and community facilities are to come.
