Renewals: if you want to renew your membership, please don't use this form. Instead, either renew immediately online, or simply send us a cheque (to our postal address; see membership rates), with your membership number or address written on the back so we can identify you.

Data protection: We will use your email address to send newsletter, campaigning and membership information to you. We will respond to this form with an email confirming your details, and also remind you by email what details we hold from time to time. If you would prefer us not to send this by email, please use our postal form. The Data Protection Act requires us to take care of the information you give us on this form and use it for specific purposes only. More about data protection can be found here.

Newsletter production and delivery is one of our biggest costs, so...

Could you read your newsletter on the Internet? *	No (please post me a copy). Yes (I don't need a paper copy).
(If you choose to get your newsletter on the internet, we'll send you an e-mail when it is ready - so you need to give us an email address - and you can either read it online or download a facsimile of the paper version - with colour pictures.)
