Even a double yellow line does not always stop motorists. This picture was taken one day two after Ian Greasley forwarded message to the "Local Authority Parking Enforcement" (LAPE) office at Cambridge City Council.

Yes you might well look sheepish: this L-plate moped rider, reg AE53 TMO, has just ridden through the pedestrian zone past the Motor Vehicles Prohibited sign to park here near the passageway to M&S.
