S870 DGC on double yellows, not loading but certainly parked. Vehicle potentially locked; probably belonging to one of those contractors on the left of the frame.

Look at those fools in their queue (far right). My prediction for when the busway finally opens: the alignment'll be used far more by other patrons than bus passengers.
