Bateman Street is two-way at this point so this is not a contraflow cycle lane - but it still seems odd that parking in it should be allowed at weekends and evenings.
Sunday morning - not many Premier stands in use at Cambridge station, but otherwise bikes parked everywhere.

Coleridge Recreation Ground - there are no signs to indicate if cycling is allowed or not, but it certainly closes overnight.
It'd be good to have access here to a 24-hour cycle route around the Coleridge Recreation Ground.
