It should be possible to put National Cycle Network route 3 on to Penzance promenade, but the seaweed would have to be cleared regularly!

Surprisingly, the National Cycle Network route 3 follows the road rather than the promenade west from Penzance.

Probably not a cycle route - but Penzance has very few specific signs.
