Tens of bikes parked here, many insecurely. Proper cycle parking need in this area.

Red surfacing needed across this junction mouth, so that vehicles/cyclists coming from Downing Place on the right are aware of contraflow cyclists. Near-collisions are not uncommon here.

Illegal and dangerous parking like this is extremely common on Abbey Walk, creating a blind corner and blocking the pavements for pedestrians. Vehicles are usually those of the Weyman Funeral Services, here on Abbey Walk.

Cycle parking has still not been provided in this area, despite assurances and despite a lack of any official parking.

Ideal location of a bank of cycle parking, between Superdrug and the Co-op Bank, with enough space available for 20-30 cycles.

Bumpy set of cobbles on part of a useful route for cyclists to the Grafton Centre.

Flush kerb needed for this useful cut through used by many cyclists, in particular school-children.

Covered cycle parking at Ely railway station.

Stupidly-located bus shelter, with barely enough room for a single pedestrian to pass, even if the inconsiderately parked bikes (parked informally due to shortage of official spaces) weren't there.

Cyclists at Cambridge railway station have to put up with lack of spaces, an inadequate surface, and weeds growing up between the bikes.

Not much point in having an advance stop lane like here if you can't get to it.

We welcome your feedback, especially to report bugs or give us route feedback.
