- There is no sign indicating which utility or authority is performing the works
- The recommended diversion is through wet grass and a muddy puddle
- This obstruction was present for almost 4 days, and I never saw anyone actually working here despite passing by several times each day.
- It is now repaired, but leaving a nasty bump in the previously smooth surface

This is less to do with the parking, although there are probably laws being broken.

It's more to do with cycling postively to stop bad behaviour, which resulted in none, by any oncoming traffic.
