A raised speed table would have been better, but a flush kerb and a speed bump to slow cars at the blind corner are an improvement over what was on the approved plans (as #16990). See #19487 and #19486.
Maybe pedestrians need their own campaign...? The elderly will have to wheel up and down the kerb to get to the care home...
