New cycle parking outside offices at the junction of Bateman St and Hills Rd (see also #28755, in the car park).

Some confusion - one sign tells pedestrians to use the footpath on the other side, but they've also put up cones to create a temporary path - which forces cars into the contraflow cycle lane.
