Van DN04 GUX was parked in double yellow lines near Manamexico - CB2 1AB. He was warned by LAPE Warden. The van was then moved into the MCL right after the Downing College entrance (CB2 1DQ), where LAPE doesn't bite.

Regent Terrace, part of the South East Cycle Route, at a time when no cars are parked. In such cases, it actually becomes usable as a cycle route again and more easily passable by walkers.
