Renault Laguna with number plates LV04 NZT on Newmarket Road (CB5 8JJ), between Garlic Row and Swann's Road went into bus & cycle lane on Newmarket Road east bound. slowed down at (bus) traffic light, but went through red light. He stopped in redmac cycle lane after the traffic light and the driver got out of his car and behaved aggressively. See #22148 and #22150. reported 18:22 hrs. as incident 462 / 20APR2010.
