Double whammy from University Arms Hotel: Lorry BX55 BPK parked outside the hotel (on hotel business), blocking MCL & causing dangerous obstruction to sight-lines into Park Terrace for pedestrians crossing / vehicles turning. While I was preparing to take this pic, the van HF57 HNY was instructed to park on the other side (also in MCL) by hotel staff. Cyclists shown having to move out in order to pass.
