I don't see where the 'new' cotraflow lane in CornExchange St is going? from 'build-out' gap to otherside must be well under 4m?

Bikes leant insecurely against walls in Fisher Square, entirely as predicted (see photo #11610). Plenty of space here for cycle parking, which would not detract from the new public art.
