The taxi driver (plates MA03 ZBP ) with license 1015 is not bothered by the photo being taken of him blocking the mandatory cycle lane in rush hour (Wednesday, 8:05 am) as he is reading today's headlines about the supposedly increased costs of motoring. Related #13505
