Due to usual traffic jam of construction vehicles, cyclists have to get through as best they can. Cyslist with rucksack has just had to do emergency stop because car has pulled out quickly in front of him. Car then drove into MCL.

The Grand Arcade cycle park is along Corn Exchange Street which is off to the left, but there's no sign pointing towards it.

Red surfacing needed across this junction mouth, so that vehicles/cyclists coming from Downing Place on the right are aware of contraflow cyclists. Near-collisions are not uncommon here.
