Sheffield rack style cycle parking. Notice how some of the bikes lean over awkwardly, this can happen when the bike next to them is jostled during parking.

There is no way for cyclists on East Road to get onto the crossing. A dropped kerb should be provided. The path is already shared use in the whiter patches, so this could be done without legal changes.
