Buses turning out of Downing Street need a lot of room. If a left filter lane could be added here the bus turns would have to begin further back. I'm not sure how many exit lanes from Downing Street are proposed.

This young cyclist thought the 3663 lorry was waiting in the queue for the lights. I told her it was illegally stopped. She moved out crossing the centre line only seconds before a southbound bus !
