Mandatory Cycle Lane on East Road. Car parking on lay-by invades MCL with rear wheel right on top of the bicycle painted on the floor. This is the part where bicycle remerge onto the road from the pavement. The obstructing car (number plate EJ93 MKE ) puts cyclists into danger and was reported to police with reference 154.
