Mandatory Cycle Lane on East Road. Car parking on lay-by invades MCL with rear wheel right on top of the bicycle painted on the floor. Car (number plate EJ93 MKE ) reported to police with reference 154.
Note the prolonged bend which leave cars coming from the roundabout out of the sight of cyclist being pushed into the main lane. Cars, lorries vans and buses speeding across the tarmac.
