Cars are allowed to park Mon-Sat daytime for 30 min in this lay-by on East Road, which is designated on our Traffic Regulation Orders and by signage on site as a maximum waiting parking place. This one invades the MCL and stands on the "cycle sign" on the ground. Reported to police tel. 08454564564 [#8157] on 1 Mar 2007 at 3:15 pm.
