When cyclists have to steer around the obstructing cars they are in danger of being hit by accelerating cars coming out of the Newmarket Road roundabout. The double yellow line needs to extend to the point where the dis-used bus stop is wide enough for a car. That would allow Parking Attendants to the cars obstructing this route every day.

After writing several times to the authorities I still encounter cars obstructing this part pretty much every afternoon I pass Eastroad. The disused bus stop needs re-designing.
