Top Lock No1, Broad Street Canal Basin, Birmingham Main Canal. By the lock gate is some amazing ridged paving of great age which helps boat people open the gates and defies cycling over!. View towards the Chubb Lock Works - now home to the superb Light House arts and media centre (top cinema). Take the paved slope up to Broad Street bridge.
