Velo-City 1999

Velo-City was held in Austria and Slovenia in 1999. Clare Macrae visited on behalf of the Campaign.

... the Slovenian national costume, I assume ...	We were greeted in Maribor by a very slick marching brass band, who led us through the streets to the conference venue - the National Theatre
