Friday 9th May 2008
Friday ride at 12:30pm from Stourbridge Common. See the rides page for more information.
Early evening: Delegates start to arrive and meet with host families / go to their accommodation.
From 6pm some delegates may like to dine in the cafeteria on the 2nd floor of the the University Centre, Granta Place CB2 1RU. Note that the cafeteria serves meals only until 20:00.
From 8pm join us in the Riverside Suite, (also at the University Centre) for drinks and an informal networking event.

Breakout Sessions
These events will run in separate rooms from the main lecture theatre and last 30 minutes each. They will be lead by an expert who is expected to talk for about 5 or 10 minutes, then the facilitator will provoke the involvement of the delegates. The key to this working properly is to have effective facilitators. The purpose of these events is to encourage skill sharing. After each 30 minute session delegates rotate around the other sessions.
