Tue 21		Cambridgeshire Transport Commission - presentation of study on congestion charging and £500m TIF proposals The final verdict of the independent Cambridgeshire Transport Commission will be announced at a special public meeting on 21 July. The Commission, headed by Sir Brian Briscoe has been gathering evidence on the transport and congestion problems in and around Cambridge since January. It has also been assessing Cambridgeshire County Council's bid for Transport Innovation Funding, including congestion charging. At the Guildhall, Cambridge from 7pm.

Five years after he last toured the UK he's embarking on a truly unique stand-up comedy tour. Dave Gorman: Sit Down, Pedal, Pedal, Stop And Stand Up will see the intrepid comedian covering the extremes of the British mainland as he travels from this land's southernmost point to its northernmost tip, taking in the most easterly and westerly points along the way. Dave will be performing each and every night of the journey and he's going to do the whole thing on his bike.
